Jeffrey C. Newberry

Jeff has dedicated the majority of his practice to representing individuals and businesses in a diverse array of civil matters. Prior to joining Snell Law, Jeff worked one session as legislative director for a Texas house representative before going to practice at a large law firm on a busy general litigation docket. Jeff has defended clients in state and federal cases involving claims of negligence, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, DTPA violations, whistleblower complaints and various other civil claims. He now focuses on general civil and commercial litigation claims throughout the state of Texas.

Jeff maintains open lines of communications with his clients, believing this is essential to achieving favorable outcomes. As a results driven litigator, Jeff has resolved cases during all stages of litigation and always aims to maximize his client’s results in the most time and cost-efficient manner possible.

Jeff calls Central Texas home and was raised in New Braunfels. When he is not practicing law, Jeff can be found spending time outdoors and traveling with his family.
