Snell Law is pleased to welcome Jeffrey C. Newberry to the firm. Jeff represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters. His experience includes defending clients in state and federal courts in cases involving negligence, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, DTPA violations, whistleblower claims, and other complex civil disputes.
Before joining Snell Law, Jeff served as a legislative director for a Texas House representative and later practiced at a large law firm on a general litigation docket. At Snell Law, he focuses on general civil and commercial litigation matters across Texas.
Jeff is a results-driven litigator who values clear communication and efficient strategy, with a focus on achieving practical outcomes for his clients.
A Central Texas native raised in New Braunfels, Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Lutheran University and his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.
