Brittany A. Kellogg
Brittany Kellogg is a senior paralegal with over a decade of experience in civil litigation. Her career has included practice in governmental and sovereign representation, oil and gas, personal injury, class actions, business litigation, insurance disputes, commercial litigation, and construction litigation. - In 2024, assisted and attended a summary judgment hearing in a multi-million dollar real estate litigation case, resulting in a dismissal of claims against the Snell Law client.
- In October 2023, lead paralegal for an arbitration hearing, which resulted in a favorable award for the client.
- From 2018 to 2023, lead paralegal on a trial team representing the State of Oklahoma versus Johnson & Johnson, Purdue Pharma, and Teva Pharmaceuticals, obtaining settlement funds from these pharmaceutical manufacturers and the Sackler family to build the National Center for Wellness and Recovery at Oklahoma State University.
