Sameer Hashmi

Sameer Hashmi is a highly skilled attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, business disputes, oil and gas matters, and intellectual property disputes. He is a dual- threat lawyer who has successfully represented Fortune 50 companies in high-stakes litigation matters and guided clients through large asset acquisitions and sales and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Snell Law, Sameer clerked for Judge Hanen in the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. He previously practiced law at Scott, Douglass & McConnico LLP and Sanders Bajwa LLP. Sameer is a graduate of Baylor Law School, where he graduated summa cum laude and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the law review. He received the highest grade in the class for nine courses.

Outside of his legal practice, Sameer is passionate about travel and has explored over 20 countries. He enjoys learning new perspectives from cultures around the world, which enables him to provide better client service. An avid sports enthusiast, his favorite teams are the Liverpool F.C., Dallas Cowboys, San Antonio Spurs, and Texas Rangers. In his free time, you’ll often find Sameer hiking with his fiancée, Demi.
