Sameer is a highly accomplished attorney with a strong track record in complex commercial litigation, business disputes, oil and gas matters, and intellectual property litigation. He brings a rare dual-threat skill set, combining high-stakes courtroom experience with strategic counsel on major asset acquisitions, sales, and real estate transactions. Sameer has represented Fortune 50 companies and guided clients through some of their most challenging legal and business decisions.
Before joining Snell Law, Sameer clerked for the Honorable Andrew S. Hanen in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. A summa cum laude graduate of Baylor Law School, Sameer served as Editor-in-Chief of the Baylor Law Review and earned the highest grade in nine of his courses.
