On October 19, Jason Snell served on a panel at the 14th Annual Ultimate Trial Notebook Seminar to discuss the topic of “Opening Statements: Facts Versus Persuasion.” Panelists included Rikky Rivers of Rivers McNamara and U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark Lane.
